O'Higgins Asset Management, Inc. manages individual conservative growth portfolios for high net worth individuals and institutions with a minimum of $1 million at a fee of 3% per annum.  Fixed income (bond) portfolios of at least $5 million are managed at a fee of 1% per annum.
